“Ana holds a bachelor's degree in the field of Psychology (University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius - Skopje) and is completing her Master's studies in Management (University American College Skopje). Her education and experience allow her to see the different approaches and views that people have, making her aware that change is constant, adaption is inevitable, and preparation is key.

Today she is working at Causal Capital Ltd, as a Professional Development Advisor in the Risk Product sector. Talking with and understanding clients drive her towards the best solutions offered, pitching new ideas towards better alternatives, and making sure clients' needs are always met.

She believes in mutual respect and empathetic communication, appreciating all parties' experiences and views. She practices both the innovative and the analytical approach to any situation, and believes that both can be used to manage any situation.
