FACTS AND EXPERIENCE
Akram Najjar has a B.Sc. In Mathematics and Physics (American University of Beirut) and a B. Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (University of Hertfordshire, UK).
​He started his career as a Systems Analyst with Middle East Airlines (5 years). The next 20 years were spent setting up and managing two Software companies, in Lebanon and in the UAE. Their mission was to develop applications in banking, trade, industry, health care, and advertising. They also completed projects in the public sector.
​Since 1995, Akram has concentrated on Business Technology Consulting and Management Training. His clients are in Lebanon and the Middle East. His areas of expertise cover Project Management (including the development of PM frameworks), Software Application Design, Client-Supplier Relationships (Development of RFPs, proposals, evaluation, etc.), Process Modeling and Reengineering of Business Processes, Data Analysis and Data Science, Technical writing.
He has also developed ICT Standards, Project Management Frameworks and National strategy studies (for both Lebanon and Rwanda).
During the same period, Akram developed and conducted a wide range of Management Training workshops in project management, quantitative business decision making, technical writing, finance, data analysis, business process reengineering, and process mapping.
