James is an expert in strategic management (from analysis through to execution), with experience of working in 37 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe the Middle East and North America, designing and facilitating executive education and professional development short courses.

Originally from an industrial background, where he gained several years’ experience as a line manager, his second career was in management consulting for a boutique in London with a top reputation, focusing on business change and transformation.

James has been involved in human resource development for over 15 years and as well as working exclusively with Causal Capital in the GCC, he is also a senior associate with a well-respected business school in London, as well as being an associate of the industrial practice of a university in the North of England.

Academically, he has a Master of Science degree in Consulting from Nottingham Business School, professionally he is PMP® certified and he is a member of the Strategic Management Society and the Association for Project Management.
