Joy's academic journey began with a Master's in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut, followed by a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the Lebanese American University. Her dedication to professional growth is reflected in an impressive array of certifications, including PMP (Project Management Professional), ISO certifications, and training in various quality management disciplines.

Throughout her career, Joy has left her mark on notable organizations. During her tenure at Technica International, she implemented process improvement strategies and trained cross-functional teams in automation and robotics solutions. She seamlessly transitioned Port of Beirut's Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements, reflecting her commitment to excellence.
Joy's leadership and communication skills have empowered her to mentor teams and guide them to success. Her inquisitive nature drives continuous improvement, while her ability to earn the trust of others fosters collaboration and a culture of growth.
