Katerina Zlatanovska Popova is professional certified career counselor since 2012 and active member of the CSOs for Career Counselors. Katerina is also an experienced soft skills coach and trainer working with different CSOs, companies and individuals. 
She has expertise in Project management and she is Macedonian Project Coordinator for the Erasmus + KA02 project for Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices. She is the Founder and President of nonprofit organization POZITIVO, Director of GOLDILOKS Foundation, President of the Assembly of the Association of Career Counselors and Member of the Assem bly of the First Children Embassy in the World MEGASI.

Martin is a risk framework architect who designs risk measurement systems for auditors and risk managers working in trading firms, energy houses, manufacturing companies, and financial institutions. He has more than twenty years of experience developing bespoke risk reporting and scorecard assessment solutions with a particular focus on operational audit, IT, finance and the transactional aspects of a business. He is currently working with several companies throughout South East Asia and the Middle East assisting these organisations to build industry best practice frameworks for audit.
